Conti, Paul V. 66, of Oakland, NJ passed away on Wednesday, January 18th. Paul was born on March 12, 1943, raised in Manhattan, and was a long time resident of New Jersey. He served in the Army as a sergeant in Korea from 1968-71 and later worked for the telephone company for over 30 years before retiring as manager. A long time music lover, he sang and played the guitar, wrote his own country and Christian music, and enjoyed performing for others. Paul is survived by his beloved wife Camille, sons Paul and Jon and sister Carmela.
Funeral Friday January 22, 2009 departing the Oakland Memorial Home 330 Ramapo Valley Road (Rt. 202) Oakland, NJ at 9 AM for a 9:30 AM Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Perpetual Help R.C. Church 117 Franklin Avenue, Oakland, NJ Entombment Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah, NJ. Relatives and friends may visit at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to The American Brain Tumor Association, www.abta.org
