Bernard "Buddy" Fulling, 68, on March 7, 2010 beloved husband of the late Marion Fulling (1997). Born and raised in Brooklyn on May 25, 1941, he moved to Clark, NJ in 1970, where he lived for 28 years. He then moved to Oakland with his sons in 1998. Bernard Fulling served as a Sergeant in the Us Army after WWII in Germany as a radio operator. Later he was a teamster for 28 years, driving everything from double-wides to quarry trucks. He later served as a security officer at Picatinny Arsenal. Bud was an avid bowler, among his accomplishments was throwing a perfect 300 game in 1963 – a time when the feat was more difficult to achieve than today. He was a proficient drummer, who performed studio work for independent musicians in 1957 and 1958. Bernard is survived by his sister Phyllis Pasquino, and twin sister Bernadette "Bunny" Damm, his sons Matthew and Eric Fulling, and grandchildren Luke and Kate. He was loved very much and will be missed. Funeral Services will be Held on Tuesday Evening March 9th 8 Pm at the Oakland Memorial Home 330 Ramapo Valley Road (Rt. 202) Oakland, NJ. Graveside services with Military Honors will be held on Wednesday 11 AM @ St Gertrude Cemetery 53 Inman Avenue Colonia, NJ (1 973 388-0311) Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral Home on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
